The house at 7201 East Emory Road was built in the 1930's. It sustained as a dairy farm for many years and then abandoned for reasons unknown.

As the years passed and the foliage took over, rumors began to swirl within the community as to why a family would leave such a beautiful place. Later,  neighbors began to hear noises that woke them in the middle of the night. Soon there were lights on in the house drifting from room to room. It was assumed that the homeless had taken residence.

Then...animals began to disappear. First, random livestock would be missed and written off as "wondering away".  Family pets from the adjoining community were gone and finally...people.

At first, the somewhat lovable town drunkard; a teen couple who were in love. These were "explainable". "Ah...drunk probably fell and hurt himself on a bender" and "The couple eloped" could justify their absence.

The nosy cat lady began to rant about the farm and her suspicions as to why people had begun to "leave suddenly". .Her crazed demeanor fell on deaf ears. She warned the folks of strange activity at the abandoned home and was dismissed as "crazy".  Until the only child of an older couple who had struggled to become parents discovered that their child had not returned home. The police were then contacted and an investigation ensued.

ABOUT

The police began by interviewing the couple and followed suit until the last of the livestock was accounted for before they disappeared. Every story was linked to the dairy farm on East Emory Road.

So it was decided that the address was in need of a thorough look. What was discovered could only be described by a local newspaper reporter as "vile and inhuman".

The officers and those involved in the investigation were tight lipped. No one in the community knew what happened. The only facts were that neighbors saw them working day and night for several weeks and the hearse that would slowly make it's way to and from the farm each day.

The house was purchased a few decades later by a gentleman named Mr. Howerton. It was his business sense that drew him to the possible rental property. After fixing the house up, renters came and always left in a hurry.

It is now up to you to discover what continues to plague the "Old Dairy Farm" on East Emory Road.
